Seasonal Staff

GO International Working Holiday Participants and the Work and Study Students are a great addition to your staff for many reasons.

There is no cost to you to recruit staff through these programs since participants cover the costs of their program and flights into Canada. This makes them ideal for employment in your company since they are:

Motivated: Participants are traveling across the globe for the opportunity to work for you. Staff turnover will be reduced.
Diligent: International travel is not cheap. Working Holiday participants and Work and Study students work hard to earn back their flights to Canada.
Qualified: All the Working Holiday and Work and Study Participants are carefully screened to make sure they are well educated, qualified and proficient in English.
Diversified: GI is targeting workers in several countries in Europe which are not traditional sources of employees for your business. Employers find that these people bring new ideas, abilities, and a unique feel to the workplace.
Available: Working holiday participants can stay and work in Canada for one year but they often want to travel for a few months during this time. Your seasonal employment fits nicely with their year in Canadian.

Permanent Staff

Go International can also recruit staff for longer term positions under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. While there is a recruitment fee for this service, GI's fees are very competitive and GI offers reduced recruitment fees for larger hires. GI works with partner agencies overseas that have years of experience in recruiting staff for the tourism and hospitality industries so the applicants you will interview are all carefully screened and properly prepared to work in your business in Canada.

GI provides English language skill upgrading and customer service skills training to staff recruited under this program.
